A few days after Veterans’ Day, the Syracuse Crunch played host to the Wilkes-Barre Scranton Penguins. 669/731 – The 731 Project – January 28, 2013. The 2013 AHL All-Star Game is being played, as I type, in Providence, Rhode Island. In 1998, Syracuse hosted the event, spotlighting the talents of current past and present NHL stars, Zdeno Chara, Daniel Briere, Peter Zezel, Michal Handzus and more. It was a memorable event.
